We have state-of-the-art, high-precision CNC Turning machines and Turn & Mill Complete Machine Centers which enables us to manufacture rotation-symmetric components. 

For simple or complex components, made out of all common steels, stainless steel, non-ferrous metals, plastics/composite materials or titanium- and nickel alloys we will provide a quick and precise solution.

With the multi-axis simultaneous machining it is feasible to produce challenging turning-milling components from prototype to medium scale. The counter spindle enables 6-side complete machining.

For the final quality control, but also during production we are utilizing our CNC-coordinate measuring machine. With that tactile measurements and scanning of contours are guaranteed. Competent and experienced employees combined with a process-optimized tool preparation allow short set-up times and an economical production even at lower quantities.
