Hard Turning complements our abilities for fine machining of hardened steel. For complex shapes which require a combination of inner and outer diameter the machining can be finished in one part clamping. This enables a reduction in down time and results in economic benefits without compromising tight shape, form and dimension tolerances. Depending on the requirements hard turning can replace the cylindrical grinding or complement this process. We are utilizing Monforts turning machines and can precisely manufacture your components within a tolerance range of 2 µm.
